The popularity of the schemes however means that towards the end of the financial year, they are not able to support as many organisations as they would like. So, changes have been made to the way in which organisations can apply, to ensure that no Hampshire organisation is disadvantaged because of the timing of their event or activity. It will also enable the Executive Member to make decisions based on priority cases which support Hampshire County Council policy and objectives.
